Terms of Use
Last updated 16 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Serkan Hekimoğlu, the individual who runs Verity (“Verity”, “we”). By creating an account you accept them. Please also read our Privacy Policy and Safety guide.
Who can join
- You must be 18 or older and allowed to use a dating service where you live.
- One account per person, for you only, with your real first name, age and photos.
- Every member must pass the live selfie check and be approved by our team. We may decline or remove any account, for example if the photos don’t match the selfie.
How you use Verity
Verity is for people looking for a genuine relationship. You agree not to:
- ask any member for money, gifts, crypto, travel or visa costs, or offer financial “opportunities”;
- harass, threaten, pressure or insult anyone, or send sexual content to anyone who hasn’t clearly welcomed it;
- use photos that aren’t you, that don’t show your face, or that show anyone under 18;
- use Verity for commercial purposes, advertising, escort services or recruiting;
- copy, scrape or misuse other members’ information.
Your content
You own what you post. You allow us to host, show and translate it within Verity so the service works. We review photos before they go live and may remove content that breaks these terms.
Memberships and passes
- Verity is free for women. Men can join, be verified, view profiles and main photos for free; Gold and Platinum memberships unlock all photos, interests and letters.
- Memberships are bought in the App Store and renew automatically at the same price until you cancel in your App Store settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the period ends.
- A one-contact pass unlocks one member for 30 days.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its rules.
Moderation
Members can report profiles and conversations. Our team may warn, suspend or ban accounts that break these terms. A banned member’s profile is removed and they may not create a new account.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may close accounts that break these terms or that we must close by law.
Meeting people
We verify that members are real, but we can’t guarantee how anyone behaves. Use common sense, read our Safety guide, and never send money to someone you met online.
Liability
Verity is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for members’ conduct or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.
Changes and contact
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we’ll tell you before they take effect. Questions: support@verityapp.net.
